1. Processing Time

All of our products are handmade, so please allow 7-10 business days for processing. We ship all orders via India Post, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays because everything is handmade. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all over India. For orders outside the India, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at twistthetwine@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
